How can understanding the Enneagram help my business?

We’ve found the Enneagram to be helpful in team development in several different areas: personal awareness, team awareness, goal and role clarification, and access to team capabilities. Enneagram knowledge increases both our self-awareness and our empathy for others, as we better understand both how see and that there are eight other different ways of seeing the same thing.
